Our Production Line:

Original ABS Raw Material--Injection--Polishing--Plating--Appearance Inspection--Assembly--Water pressure test--Package--Warehouse.

1. Take the raw material ABS from our cooperation factory, Then injection them by our injection machine.                                                                                            
2. Second step of production, We will send our injection out fittings to chrome factory for surface Chrome plated.
3. After surface chrome plated, we will be accembly them by hand in our working line, Or Ultrasonic welding shower heads by our Ultrasonic machine.
4. After finish accembly, We will take Water test every one by machine. And surface checking and cleaning by our workers.
5. finially we will be package goods and state in our stock.
